Top Flight Volleyball Club is currently seeking experienced coaches
for our Junior Volleyball Club, Leagues and Camp Programs.

Boys Club Program: Looking for head coaches to coach boys teams ages 13U - 18U. Two practices per week in Elgin IL. Season runs from mid September thru mid to late February and the month of June thru early July. Tournaments are Saturdays and/or Sundays in the Chicagoland area from November thru the end of the season. This is a salaried position commensurate with experience.

Girls Club Program: Looking for head coaches to lead girls teams ages 12U - 18U. Two practices per week in Elgin IL, Palatine IL or Arlington Heights IL. Please specify location(s) you are willing to travel to. Season runs from November thru April (Regional teams) and November thru June/July (National Teams). Tournaments are Saturdays and/or Sundays in the Chicagoland area from November thru the end of the season for regional teams. National teams will play in both local and out of state events. This is a salaried position commensurate with experience.

Camp and League Coaches: Top Flight is always seeking additional instructors for our camps, clinics, leagues and beach programs. Camps, clinics and leagues are conducted on a weekly basis year round. Beach is from the end of May through the beginning of August. Coaches are paid an hourly wage commensurate with experience.
