Webpoint USAV Registration

In order for an athlete to attend a tryout they must be a current member of the Great Lakes Region for the 2011/2012 season. They must present at ANY CLUB tryout, a printout of their membership card. A parent or guardian must be present to officially register their child in these situations.

Registration for the 2011/2012 season will officially begin on September 1st. This year all registrations will be done via the USAV on-line registration system called Webpoint.

In order to attend a tryout for ANY Club, prospective athletes must be registered with the Great Lakes Region for the new season (a limited tryout membership or a full membership will be available).

Basic information everyone needs to know concerning the on-line process:

a. EACH individual will be required to register and pay for their membership on line using a credit card. (a parent or guardian of any athlete under the age of 18 will be required to register their son/daughter).

b. The website will list a series of specific instructions for the different type of members. Individuals are to download and print out the set of instructions that best fits their type of membership.

Examples of the different types of instructions with a short description are:

Renewing Junior Player (Junior player previously registered with a Junior Club in the Great Lakes Region)

New Junior Player (Junior player who has NEVER been registered with a Junior Club in Great Lakes or any other Region)

NEW JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Option #1: FULL MEMBERSHIP - $45.00 (recommended)

Option #2: TRYOUT MEMBERSHIP - $5.00 (Athletes who are not sure if they will make a specific club are encouraged to choose this type of membership and then upgrade to a full member once they have been accepted into a club after tryouts)

Option #3: UPGRADE TRYOUT MEMBERHIP - $40.00 from Tryout membership to full Junior Membership(the original $5.00 that was paid for the tryout membership is deducted from the normal full membership dues)
