Peak
Performance
Our Athletic Development is programmed with one thing in mind – performance! We have a Nationally Certified Trainer with over 10 years of experience on staff. Our 4-phase program was developed to help young athletes gain strength, explosive power while reducing the risk of injury.
All the athletes in our National Program will receive a 45-minute session during their practices. During this time they will be coaches on jump/landing mechanics, speed/agility, strength, and explosive power. Our mission is to develop well-rounded athletes, reduce injury, and increase the abilities of our players.

Questions for the
2020-2021 Volleyball Season
Q: What are the season dates?
All start dates for all programs will be listed in the main section of our club page. Please refer to the tables on this page.
Q: Is their a mask policy?
1) Staff will be required to have face coverings for the entire duration of practices and tournaments.
2) Club athletes will be required to wear a face-covering anytime they are not actively working out. This will include entering and exiting the building, on the sidelines during a tournament, during team huddles or “chalk talk” and any other team downtime.
3) Athletes may choose to wear their masks for the entire duration of participation.
4) Parents/spectators will be required to wear a mask for the entire duration they are inside the facility during tournaments. (Exception to eat or drink)
We appreciate your help in following the above guidelines current to us from the CDC, State of Illinois, and the Kane County Health Department. As new guidelines are presented we will continue to update our procedures.
Q: Is it safe to play?
Top Flight cannot guarantee that any activity is 100% safe. Top Flight will do everything in its power to ensure the safety of its families, athletes and staff throughout this pandemic, however participation in sports is to the liability of its own athlete. Top Flight is released of all liability (including but not limited to COVID-19) as a result of participation.
Q: How will Top Flight handle a shutdown or quarantine situation?
Top Flight plans on following all guidelines from the CDC and local governments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. If we are to close our facility we will make up all missed practice time on additional days upon reopening or into the May-August time slot. Tournament dates will be made up in the same time frame by scrimmage time, sand events, or other local tournaments as allowed. Anything unable to be made up will be a credit to your account to be used in the future for camps, clinics, sand, leagues, lessons, or club.
Q: What will Top Flight do if there is a confirmed case of COVID in the gym?
Top Flight is following all guidelines set forth by youth sports “return to play”, full information is on the main page of our website. The infected athlete will be required to stay home for a minimum of 10 days plus 3 days of fever free with no additional symptoms. We will notify the families that would have been in direct contact with the infected individual. We will fully sanitize the gym and equipment. If an outbreak is occurring the gym will close for self quarantining measures and resume after 10 days.
Q: How will the national teams be run this season (2020-2021)? Will we be traveling and if so to where?
National teams will continue to run the normal schedule of local practices, conditioning, and tournaments. For this season (due to the constantly changing travel guidelines) we have created an ala carte travel schedule so that teams can participate out of state as they are comfortable. Teams will be given a list of out of state events and the travel costs associated with them for participation. Fees will be collected based on attendance.
Locations included but not limited to the following:
Minneapolis, Minnesota
St Louis, Missouri
Indianapolis, Indiana
Louisville, Kentucky
Chicago, Illinois
Orlando, Florida
Q: Is Top Flight’s expectation for the national teams to travel this upcoming season?
Yes, we do anticipate being able to attend our out of state events as scheduled, however, we will leave individual decisions to the team and families if they are comfortable attending. See the question above.
