Top Flight's National Program has been a transformative experience for my daughter. It has significantly improved her playing ability, introduced her to new positions, and made travel volleyball more affordable. I highly recommend this program to any parent looking for a comprehensive, cost-efficient, and growth-focused volleyball experience for their child.
We have been part of Top Flight for many years and our daughter has grown so much in this sport. There are great coaches that really care about the players here. Pricing for club teams, camps and private lessons are all very reasonable compared to other clubs in the area. Sean and Cindy are always available for any questions and concerns we may have. We plan on staying and playing with this club for many years to come!
The tournament yesterday was such a breath of fresh air compared to the club we were in last year. My daughter played in every match. The girls really seemed to get along. Her coach, Steve, talked to the girls and was coaching throughout the games, giving positive reinforcement and rotating everyone in. My daughter hasn't smiled like that in a while. To top it off, they won.
One of the best clubs we found for my son entering high school. They have only gotten better over the years and the club is run with integrity and care for its players.

I wanted to especially thank Coach Deb, as she taught me what a true leader is and instilled a confidence in me that will never go away. Along with Coach Mike, who pushed me to become so much more than just a volleyball player, and finally Coach Ireland for always rooting me on and being someone who I can look up to!

I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Top Flight 16 Theta. Their team reffed for our girls, which turned into a cheering match for our girls from the remaining teammates that were waiting. The following day our girls and parents cheered them on while they were playing. They fought hard but lost.
We then had to play Top Flight on the second to the last day. We had both teams go full court to wish them all luck. Both sides played hard. We lost to them. In the end, the girls from each team congratulated each other on a game well played and exchanged "snaps."
THIS is amazing team sportsmanship and I congratulate the coaches, players and athletes from that team.

After reading the Instagram message praising Top Flight, I thought, "Yes, letting them know the impact their program has on my daughter would be good!" So, let me start by simply saying "Thank you!" We love being a part of your program, love the amazing coaches you have hired, and the phenomenal program you have built! I would like to outline the ways Top Flight has impacted Lisbet.
First, I think it's important to preface this by saying Lisbet had started at a different club in 7th grade. After our experience there, we were so appreciative of the non-biased way you approached tryouts and team selections. Cindy, when you pulled us aside at tryouts to recommend Lisbet join 14 Elite, we had no idea what a life-changing decision that would be!
This leads me to your phenomenal coaches! Coach Deb spent invaluable time helping Lisbet improve her skills, instilling in her the importance of working on her game and teaching her the benefit of practicing outside the formal practice, something she still does today. Additionally, having Coach Deb coach her at the regional level her freshman year, when she didn't have rides to get to the National practice times, was an added bonus! Coach Deb recognized what Lisbet needed to improve on and the skill to help her do so! We are forever grateful for her time, skill, and dedication to Lisbet's development! Coach Deb has been instrumental in making Lisbet the player she is today!
This past season with Coach Stephanie was also a blessing! The no-drama season and thoughtful navigation of how to get the team to perform well was fun to watch. Lisbet appreciated the confidence and trust Coach Stephanie had in her to help her play at a higher level.
Finally, the additional pieces you bring to Top Flight are so valuable! Things like the importance of nutrition, mental toughness, and strength training. In fact, Tommy's strength training during the 14 Elite season enabled her to place 3rd at LSA State Track in the triple jump (and 8th in long jump) in 8th grade. She also used the training programs during her regional season and continues to use them during this high school season to stay ready to play at the National level again this coming season. She gets up at 4:30 AM to head to the gym to not miss out on the valuable strength training (something that never would have happened otherwise). So, please thank Tommy for all he does to improve her game!
Thank you for offering additional opportunities like Setters Practice. I don't believe Lisbet missed a setters practice this past year, as she recognized the value of the extra reps and training. I know she values the time to learn not only from the setter coaches but also from the other setters in the program. While it may be an additional practice, Lisbet treats it as an essential part of her training at Top Flight.
Thank you for offering SportsRecruits. As she strives to play at the college level, this will be helpful. I will admit, we have a personal recruiter through NCSA, so you may not see as much activity on the SportsRecruits side, but be assured, she is working hard to play at the next level, and that passion has been fueled by this great program you have built!
And finally, thank you for facilitating and encouraging team building through team dinners and other activities outside traditional practice. I can see the ways in which Lisbet has grown not only as a team player and a leader but also as a person. I look forward to watching how Top Flight will impact her growth as a player and young adult in our final years before college. As we look forward to this next season, I'm once again forever grateful for Top Flight and the way you care.

I absolutely loved watching you coach her and seeing how much fun those girls had while still learning and improving. You are an amazing coach and an even better person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, generosity, and for believing in Rachelle.
Kennedy's love of volleyball is off the charts. I'm grateful to Top Flight and every coach she has encountered along the way. Everyone there has done a beautiful job helping her develop her skills, her confidence and her dedication, while having fun.

The difference from the beginning of the year to the end is night and day. We know it was a struggle at some points during the season that tested everyone's patience, but that's sports.
Tiffany came up to us the other day and stated how much she liked having you as a coach and how much she thinks she has improved as well. She didn't just grow in skill but also in confidence. She has her first high school season coming up. Tiffany is excited to bring everything she has learned to that team as well as to continue developing her skills with Top Flight next season. Top Flight has been so great for our family!
My two daughters, a high school junior and a 5th-grader, began playing club volleyball with Top Flight three years ago. They began with the regional program and really enjoyed their experiences with their coaches, teammates, and even the owners.
The owner, Cindy, even stepped in as coach for my daughter's 6th-grade team when her coach was unable to make it, and led her team to victory. During my daughter's school volleyball seasons, Cindy would come and give encouraging words to my daughter when she saw her.
The other coaches and even the club owners knew who my daughters were, even though they were brand new, and approached them about playing at a more competitive level. They were not just faces.
My youngest daughter is now entering 8th grade and had the best experience one could hope for playing for the 13U Elite National team this past season. Her team went 9-3 at the AAU National Tournament in Orlando in June. She loved her coach, Coach Kennedy, so much. My daughter wanted to get to each practice as early as possible. While I write this, my daughter is with her friends from her team at the Friday open gym. These open gym times (4:30 pm to 9 pm) are free for club players. They love this extra time together where they can play with girls and boys from other teams, including those who are much older. My daughters have been inspired by the other players they get to play with at these open gyms. The girls even get to attend open gyms for free throughout the week over the summer.
The owners care about the players' experiences and took the time to help smooth out the girl drama that occasionally arose over the years. Bullying was not tolerated.
We are signed up for another year of national-level club volleyball for 2026-2027. My daughter has benefited so much athletically, socially, and mentally. She and her teammates are super close, and the parents are friendly. It is truly a community.
Due to her Top Flight training, she played on her junior high "A" team as a 6th-grader and 7th-grader. Our family has been thrilled with our experience.

The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping the girls develop their skills and confidence. Over the years, we've watched our daughter become a much stronger, more confident, and more skilled player.

Coaching has been excellent, they have a phenomenal in-house strength and conditioning program for National/Elite level teams, and our daughter has shown tremendous growth (both physically and volleyball IQ) since joining the club. She has quickly developed a love for the sport and left this past season more motivated than ever to continue to build her skillset and develop as a player. What a difference! The coaching, the direction and the overall feel of the practices and most recent tournament has been incomparable. My daughter is now surrounded by players that are pushing her to be the best she can be every day! She knows she has work to do and her teammates are depending on her to do it. She recognizes that nothing is given, and if you want it, you better go out and EARN IT!!!
And her coach is, clearly, creating volleyball players. No doubt in my mind. It is apparent that her coach feels she has a job to do, and she takes her job very seriously, regardless of the girls' age. No fluff, just work! She's amazing! I just wanted to send you a final note to thank you for all that you did for our daughter and the other girls this season. The improvement in all their games was remarkable. Your demeanor and calming influence on the girls was very apparent and refreshing to see in a coach. I realize the difficulty you are faced with in balancing playing time, emotional teenage girls, and sometimes crazy delusional parents. Those who don't see you work with the girls day in and day out may not appreciate you the way they should, but we certainly do.
We watched her make great strides as a player, a teammate and a leader. This is a direct reflection on you. You made the game fun for all the girls. She can't ever get enough volleyball; her desire to be great is only limited by her stature and genetic inability to jump, haha! Thank you for continuing to cultivate her skills and her love for the game; coaches bear a great responsibility to ensure that they teach those who are willing to learn and maintain a passion for the sport. You did those things very well.
We are sad that you will be staying at 13U and not moving up with this group of girls; I'm sure that great things would have been in store for them with you "driving the bus." But regardless, I know we will miss your presence on the sideline and in practice. Look forward to seeing you around the facility. I wish you and your family a great summer.

I just want to thank you and the coaches, especially Coach Patrick, Ashley and Chas, who have made a positive impact on our daughter. She doesn't cry, and she left Saturday night completely bawling because of the impact volleyball, your program, the coaches and players have made in such a few months. My daughter came to Top Flight Academy with low confidence, and after just 2 weeks she shared how much more confidence she has. Thank you, Top Flight, for not only coaching her to play volleyball but also to be confident while playing.
My daughter did 2 sessions at another local volleyball club during 5th grade. We weren't thrilled with the coaching, but hadn't been anywhere else to compare it to. After the first night at Top Flight this past Academy session, she got in the car and said, "Wow! They are head and shoulders better here!"

A few years ago, I was a new volleyball mom and had no idea what to expect or what club to join. Quite stressful really, having to learn on the fly! I could not ask for a better experience than we have had at Top Flight the last two years (starting our third season now).
1. Fantastic management. Cindy and Sean are reachable, accessible and interested in making sure you and your daughter have a good experience.
2. Talented coaching staff. My daughter has really grown her skills there and is now joining the national team this year.
The facility is very nice as well. You can decide what you need in a club, but this is a great place to start!!

Last year was my daughter's first year playing club volleyball, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how much she grew, not just as a player, but as a person. The coaches TRULY saw her. They took the time to get to know her, understand how she learns, and push her in a way that BUILT her confidence instead of tearing it down. That was HUGE to me and why I support Top Flight sooo much!
She went from being nervous and unsure of herself to stepping on the court like she belonged there. Watching her improve each week was amazing, but what meant even more was seeing how happy she was and how close she became with some of her teammates. She's made friends I know she'll keep for a long time.
The staff has also been incredible. I am definitely "that mom" who asks a lot of questions, and they always responded quickly, kindly, and never made me feel like a bother.
I'm so grateful for my daughter's experience. We're excited for many more seasons ahead. Also, shout out to Coach Layla and Coach Shae! Incredible coaches!!

We absolutely love Top Flight! Our daughter started in Leagues at 10'ish years old. This year as a 12 Theta club team they won their division at AAU Nationals in Orlando! Top Flight put together a great team of girls and parents. We've only had one coach that was a bit rough around the edges, but that worked itself out. We've seen so much growth in our daughter these past 2 years. We look forward to many years at this club.
For those upset about the $10 cost for tournaments, that's fairly standard based on what we've seen and had to also pay.
My son really enjoys the open gym, which is on Fridays from 5 to 9pm. It's a great place to hang out and play some volleyball.

Another great experience. Even with COVID, they were able to shift schedules and timings, reduce capacity and keep everyone playing safely. Their extra large site and 10 courts made this possible. Having volleyball available was one of the bright spots in a really bad 2020 and early 2021. Kudos to Top Flight for keeping things going and doing it safely. Looking forward to signing up again later this year!
This has been a great experience for my daughter. They have a good volleyball program.
The place is clean and amazingly huge. Ms. Cindy, my daughter's coach, is very supportive with her players and always wanted the best out of them.

Our daughter plays on your Omega 13 volleyball team with Coach Caroline. We wanted to share how very fortunate we feel to have such an amazing coach for our daughter, and for the group of girls on the team. What made me love Top Flight even more was that during these hard times, this program has made sure to include activities to keep every athlete involved in their training as well as making it a fun experience, even while being at home. I just have to say what a great experience my girls and myself have had this season. As big as Top Flight is, I have watched you take the time with your team as well as others. You know so many of the girls by name. You make it so welcoming. My daughter loves going to practice because it's so fun, and she loves when you help coach. She loved the team bonding and parties. No other club that I have been to has done anything like this as a club. I know parents do for the teams, but no director has taken the time to organize or approve anything like you do for the whole club.
I know you don't do it alone, as you have a great staff as well. But you are a great leader and coach; you must rock as a mom. Thank you for all you do to make the season run as smoothly as it possibly can.
We have been with Top Flight for many years, starting out with leagues and then moving to a regional club team and later a national club team. We have had several different coaches throughout this time and have been impressed with their professional and supportive instruction. Would highly recommend this club to anyone interested in a positive club experience!
We had a great experience! We were blessed with awesome coaches and got to know many of the families there and made some lasting friendships. Our daughter really learned some important life lessons which helped during her high school years, and I'm sure will continue to impact her into adulthood. My daughter's coaches Sean and Mitch are dedicated, energetic, knowledgeable and work extremely well with the girls. We can already see improvement in the girls after only a month. In addition, all the girls get along and are respectful to the coaches and each other. The parents are great as well! Top Flight is a great organization. We are so happy we made the move.

My daughter is starting her fifth season here at Top Flight and we're really happy with the facilities, and the coaches are very approachable. The program is wonderful. The athletic development that they've included is great. We're very happy at Top Flight and would always recommend a friend to come here.
I cannot begin to say enough about Top Flight Volleyball Club! My daughter loves it here. Her coach, Dana, is amazing. She knows what she is doing and she loves coaching; you can see it when she works with the team. All of the coaches here are here to help.
